  7. Select “Do Not Use” in the DHCP hostname.
  8. Click on “Automatic” for MTU and DNS settings.
  9. Select “Do Not Use” for “Proxy Server.”
  10. When you have done the above, choose X to complete and select the “Test” connection to view when you resolve this issue.

Follow the steps for Xbox:

  1. Locate the Guide option on your controller and tap on it.
  2. Launch settings.
  3. Choose System settings.
  4. In settings, choose “Network Settings and then select “Configuration Network.”
  5. Locate DNS settings and choose “Automatic.”
  6. Now switch off Xbox and then turn on again and try to access Netflix.
